West Branch won the last time they faced Homer-Center and things went their way on Saturday too. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wildcats.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21.

West Branch's offense was headlined by Haley Woodling and Bella Koleno, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Kyla Kephart and her 15 assists.

Homer-Center lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ashlyn Yount, who hit 85.7% for six kills and 30 digs, two aces, and one block. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Rado, who hit 90.9% for ten kills and 26 digs and 12 blocks.

West Branch's victory bumped their record up to 2-0-2.

West Branch wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Somerset on the 23rd. As for Homer-Center, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Northern Cambria on the 26th.
