Recap: Hamilton Wildcats vs. Memphis Business Academy Execs
The Hamilton Wildcats suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 74-37 loss at the hands of Memphis Business Academy. Hamilton lost against Memphis Business Academy in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 55-49 score last time.
When it comes to explaining why Hamilton lost, one person who can't be blamed is Isaiah Jackson. Despite the final result, he scored ten points. Marcellas Dobbs was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three steals.
Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Memphis Business Academy, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1.
Hamilton won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against White Station at 6:00 p.m. on January 13th. White Station is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Memphis Business Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Douglass at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
