Mackenzie McDonald commands the offense for a Silver Knights win

Recap: Sterling Silver Knights vs. West Deptford Eagles
The Sterling Silver Knights took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They walked away with a 38-28 win over West Deptford. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Sterling also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Sterling's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mackenzie McDonald, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Shane Duffy, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Sterling's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for West Deptford, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sterling will face off against Holy Spirit at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for West Deptford, they will head out on the road to face off against Cedar Creek at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
