Basketball Recap: Stafford Comes Up Short

Stafford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 52-21 loss at the hands of the East Windsor Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 51-18 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Stafford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for East Windsor, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stafford won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Sports & Medical Sciences Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for East Windsor, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against East Granby at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
