Softball Recap: Lindsay Comes Up Short

After flying high against Bryson last Monday, Lindsay came back down to earth. The Lindsay Knights came up short against the Lake Dallas Falcons on Friday, falling 15-3.

Kylie Hielckert made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Lindsay's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Lake Dallas, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Lindsay didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-0 victory against Chico on the 18th. As for Lake Dallas, they have also already played their next game, an 11-10 defeat against Panther Creek on the 11th.
