Baseball Recap: Roseville Comes Up Short

Roseville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 13-1 to the Mounds View Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in April.

Roseville's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Mounds View, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Looking ahead, Roseville is taking a road trip to take on East Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mounds View, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 5-0 defeat against Maple Grove on the 17th.
