Soccer Game Preview: Front Range Baptist vs. Denver Academy

The Front Range Baptist Falcons will venture away from home to square off against the Denver Academy Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.

Friday just wasn't the day for Front Range Baptist's offense. They came up short against Windsor Charter Academy on Friday, falling 4-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Denver Academy). Everything went their way against Estes Park on Saturday as they made off with a 6-1 win. With Denver Academy ahead 4-1 at the half, the match was all but over already.

They hit Estes Park with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Harrison Dority (3), Grayson Gainey, Caleb Kanov, and Rhys Goodwillie.

Denver Academy's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 2-6-2. As for Front Range Baptist, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Front Range Baptist's way against Denver Academy when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as Front Range Baptist made off with a 10-2 win. In that matchup, the Falcons amassed a halftime lead of 6-1, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Monday.
