Saint Mary's Hall extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Breanna Benavides. The Barons blew past the Providence Catholic Provets 3-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Benavides, who had 14 digs and five aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 52 times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Saint Mary's Hall took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-8, 25-12.

Saint Mary's Hall's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Providence Catholic, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Coincidentally, Saint Mary's Hall and Providence Catholic will both be playing San Antonio Christian the next time they take the court. The Barons will head out to face the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Provets will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
