Meek entered their tilt with Tharptown on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 4-1. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 6-5 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Meek saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Amori Miles, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Meek's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Tharptown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-16.
