Basketball Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

After soaring to 60 points the game before, Perry was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Fowler Eagles, falling 57-19. The match marked the Ramblers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Fowler, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perry will challenge Potterville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Perry is facing Potterville at the right time seeing as Potterville is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Fowler, they will host Lansing Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Fowler has won seven straight at home, while Lansing Christian won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
