Volleyball Recap: Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Takes a Loss

Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Ringgold Tigers. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Ringgold was led to victory by Kinsley Killingsworth and Sadie Pritchard. Killingsworth had nine digs and one assist, while Pritchard had eight assists and three digs.

Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe's loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe will face off against Gordon Lee at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ringgold, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Heritage on the 12th.
