Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss + How To Watch

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Jefferson and Federal Way meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Raiders lost 3-0 to the Eagles. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jefferson was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Federal Way work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-8, 25-15.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Federal Way, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Jefferson is taking a road trip to square off against Kentlake at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Federal Way, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against White River on the 10th.
