North Penn put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Wilson Bulldogs with a sharp 8-1 victory. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by seven runs or more this season.

Jake Nunn looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Logan Waynick, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Pyle, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

North Penn pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Wilson, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, North Penn will welcome Central Bucks East at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilson, they are taking a road trip to square off against Conrad Weiser at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
