Round Mountain barely beat Indian Springs the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights never let the Thunderbirds get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Thursday. Considering the Knights have won seven games by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Round Mountain, bringing their record up to 9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.0 runs over those games. As for Indian Springs, they moved to 8-9 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Round Mountain beat the Thunderbirds by a score of 17-1 later that day.
