Ian Miller posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Miller and Meadville will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Harbor Creek at 4:00 p.m. The last time Miller duked it out with the Huskies (back in May of 2024), the Bulldogs came out on top by a score of 5-3.
