Soccer Game Preview: Santa Fe vs. Eldorado + How To Watch

Santa Fe hasn't had much luck against Eldorado recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Demons will be playing at home against the Golden Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Santa Fe's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against Taos as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Santa Fe might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Eldorado faced La Cueva in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Golden Eagles walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bears. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Eldorado.

Gianna Gurule and Aliyah Nivanh scored both of Eldorado's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Santa Fe's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Eldorado, their win bumped their record up to 9-1-1.

Santa Fe might still be hurting after the 7-0 defeat they got from Eldorado in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Demons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
