Hillcrest never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 12-0 margin over the Park City Miners. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Huskies also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Bailey Terry, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Lila Vawdrey, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

The win got Hillcrest back to even at 1-1. As for Park City, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Hillcrest will challenge Grand County at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Park City, they will head out to face off against Provo at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Provo is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.
