South El Monte needed a changed in momentum after dropping seven straight games and they got it from Lexis Jacobo. The Eagles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over El Monte on Wednesday thanks in part to Jacobo, who had 39 digs.
