Softball Preview: Washington Township Senators vs. Elkhart Christian Academy Eagles
The Washington Township Senators will head out on the road to take on the Elkhart Christian Academy Eagles at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Washington Township fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against South Central on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Satellites by a score of 5-4. The Senators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Elkhart Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against Triton by a score of 17-12 on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their two-run performance the game before.
