Cayden Wilson posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. He struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Ruidoso is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 6-10-1 otherwise.

Wilson's strong effort led Ruidoso over Bosque and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
