Soccer Recap: Maiden Comes Up Short

Maiden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Bandys Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Bandys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-1 back in September.

Maiden's record now sits at 2-12. As for Bandys, their win bumped their record up to 9-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Maiden will challenge rival East Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bandys is set to square off against their familiar foe West Iredell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
