Basketball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Lincoln back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Roosevelt Roughriders lost 71-46 to the Lincoln Cardinals.

Roosevelt has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Lincoln, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Roosevelt will venture away from home to face off against Benson Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Benson Tech will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Roosevelt surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lincoln, they will be playing at home against Cleveland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln is facing Cleveland at the right time seeing as Cleveland is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
