Softball Recap: Lindblom Eagles vs. Carver Challengers
Lindblom can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Carver Challengers with a sharp 21-7 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Lindblom.
Simone Bishop made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching an inning while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Bishop was even better at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Laylah Outlaw was incredible, firing off three home runs, seven RBI, and four runs while going 3-for-3. She is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now hit three or more in the last five games she's played.
