Basketball Recap: Tiverton Takes a Loss

Tiverton suffered their biggest loss since January 8th on Monday. They were beaten by the Chariho Chargers 61-33. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Tiverton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Chariho, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tiverton and South Kingstown will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chariho, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Scituate at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday.
