Basketball Recap: Mount Sinai Mustangs vs. Sachem East
There's no place like home for Mount Sinai, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They blew past Sachem East 77-51 on Saturday. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Mount Sinai had a senior duo take command as Dominic Pennzello posted 27 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals and Blake Kolsch had 16 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kolsch has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Campanelli, who put up nine points.
Mount Sinai's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Sachem East, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
Mount Sinai will host Newfield at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Sachem East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
