Volleyball Recap: Tustin Takes a Loss

If Tustin was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Laguna Hills on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tillers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valencia Tigers on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Tillers in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost seven in a row.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16, 26-28, 25-18.

Tustin now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Valencia, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2-2.

Coming up, Tustin will head out to square off against Kennedy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valencia, they will square off against Yorba Linda on Saturday.
