Baseball Recap: Audubon Takes a Loss

Audubon fell victim to Missouri Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Big Reds. The Wheelers haven't had much luck with the Big Reds recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Audubon's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Missouri Valley, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Audubon will square off against rival IKM/Manning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Missouri Valley is set to face off against their familiar foe Logan-Magnolia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
