West Forsyth had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They blew past the East Forsyth Eagles 14-2. Considering the Titans have won 12 games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

West Forsyth's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for East Forsyth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: West Forsyth beat the Eagles by a score of 4-3 on Thursday.
