Basketball Recap: Grafton Takes a Loss

Grafton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt an 88-56 loss at the hands of the Westosha Central Falcons. While losing is never fun, the Black Hawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 321st, while the Falcons are ranked 73rd).

Grafton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Westosha Central, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

Grafton has already played their next game, a 72-69 victory against Hartford on the 11th. As for Westosha Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 79-72 win against Beloit Memorial on the 11th.
