Basketball Recap: Kingman Comes Up Short

Kingman lost against Lee Williams back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Kingman Bulldogs had to suffer through a 65-27 loss at the hands of the Lee Williams Volunteers. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Leading Lee Williams to victory were James Coffman and Hudson Lander. Coffman posted 21 points, while Lander earned 19 points. With that strong performance, Coffman is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Karter McLenna, who put up seven points.

Kingman's loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lee Williams, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Kingman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 53-52 defeat against River Valley on the 16th. As for Lee Williams, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-47 win against Lake Havasu on the 12th.
