Baseball Recap: Magnolia Victorious

Magnolia owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Morrilton Devil Dogs. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Devil Dogs, too.

Magnolia now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Morrilton, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.

Coming up, Magnolia will head out to face off against Nashville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Magnolia is facing Nashville at the right time seeing as Nashville is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Morrilton, they will square off against Central Arkansas Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
