Cordova won the last time they faced Kingsbury and things went their way on Tuesday too. Wolves put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 6-1 win. Considering Cordova have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Kingsbury with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Giselle Ventura (2), Maria Meletz (2), and Lejia Wright (2).

The victory was the third in a row for Cordova, bringing their record up to 7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those three matchups. As for Kingsbury, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Coincidentally, Cordova and Kingsbury will both be playing Overton the next time they take the pitch. The Falcons will host the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Wolves will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
