Baseball Recap: Arkansas City Takes a Loss

Arkansas City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-3 to the Eisenhower Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Monday.

Arkansas City's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Eisenhower, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6.

Looking ahead, Arkansas City is taking a road trip to square off against Goddard at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eisenhower, they will square off against South at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
