It was a good run, but Davis unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 5-2 to the Wenatchee Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Wenatchee this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in March.

Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for Wenatchee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Davis is set to take on their familiar foe Eisenhower at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Wenatchee will face off against rival West Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
