This season hasn't been kind to the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals, who are still winless after their tenth contest. They took a serious blow against Page on Monday, falling 61-28. College Prep & Leadership Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-13.

College Prep & Leadership Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being MacKenzie Dumbuya, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Melody Johnson, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds and three steals.

Page found their leader in underclassman Lola Vanore, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That's the first time this season that Vanore scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Hattie Sloyan, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

College Prep & Leadership Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Page, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.
