They fell just short of the Tecumseh Arrows by a score of 14-12 on Friday. The Braves' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row dating back to last season.

When it comes to explaining why Shawnee lost, don't look at Zain DeWeese. Despite the final result, he rushed for 102 yards and one TD. An impressive showing, but DeWeese really ramped things up playing D: he picked up a sack, forced two fumbles, and made 15 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
