Volleyball Recap: Nevis Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Nevis entered their tilt with Verndale on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Pirates. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on October 7th.

Nevis' win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Verndale, they moved to 11-13 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Nevis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Swanville on the 30th. Verndale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
