Volleyball Game Preview: Clear Creek Golddiggers vs. Estes Park Bobcats + How To Watch

The Clear Creek Golddiggers will take on the Estes Park Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Clear Creek is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Clear Creek came up short against Highland on Friday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Estes Park was able to grind out a solid win over Union Colony Prep on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Timberwolves: they've now won three in a row.

Estes Park walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 21-25, 25-19.

Clear Creek better keep an eye on Jade Ertl. She was instrumental in Estes Park's win, getting 21 digs and two aces. Those 21 digs gave Ertl a new career-high. Talia Moore was another key player, getting nine digs and four aces.

Estes Park was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive matches.

Estes Park's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Clear Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
