Basketball Recap: Vicksburg's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Tuesday

Vicksburg won the last time they faced McComb and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vicksburg Gators strolled past the McComb Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 64-47. Given the Gators' advantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 67th, while the Tigers are ranked 209th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Vicksburg is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for McComb, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
