Evansville Harrison lost against Evansville Reitz back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 4-3. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Evansville Harrison saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kannen Bard, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one double. Bard is becoming a predictor of the Warriors' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 5-14 when he doesn't).

Evansville Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Evansville Reitz, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-13.
