Softball Recap: Gloucester County Tech vs. Clearview Pioneers
After losing to Clearview the last time they met, Gloucester County Tech decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Gloucester County Tech came out on top in a nail-biter against Clearview on Monday, sneaking past 7-5.

Ashley Vossenberg was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. Those ten strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Carly Hernandez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Wynn Gray was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
Gloucester County Tech now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Clearview, they moved to 12-4 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
Coming up, Gloucester County Tech will take on Steinert at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
