Boardman was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cardinal Mooney only served five.
Meanwhile, Harding lost 3-0 to Howland on Thursday.
The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-10, 25-13.
The win got Boardman back to even at 7-7. As for Harding, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
Everything went Boardman's way against Harding in their previous matchup back in October of 2023 as Boardman made off with a 3-0 victory.
