Nick Mangrum Game Report: @ Fall River

Mt. Shasta came out on top against Fall River on Friday thanks in part to Nick Mangrum's efforts. Mangrum produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances.

Mangrum's strong effort led Mt. Shasta over Fall River and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are limping into the matchup having lost four straight at home dating back to last season.
