Yerba Buena had lost three games at home, but after bumping their record up to 7-11 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They never let the San Jose Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 13-3 win back in March.

As for San Jose, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-14. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For San Jose's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Krish Dilidili, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases. Dilidili has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last three times he's played.

Coming up, Yerba Buena is taking a road trip to challenge Independence at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for San Jose, they will welcome Silver Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
