Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Houston). They secured a 70-64 W over the Homer Mariners on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for the Hawks, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Houston's win bumped their record up to 8-16. As for Homer, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-13.

Coming up, Houston will square off against Mt. Edgecumbe at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Mt. Edgecumbe's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 20 contests. Homer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
