Softball Recap: Westminster Christian Warriors vs. King's Academy Lions

With a playoff game on the line, Westminster Christian rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the King's Academy Lions as they made off with an 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for Westminster Christian, who have now won 13 contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Kaley Dyer spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits.

At the plate, Westminster Christian let Giovanna Khoury and Dylan Lesman loose on the outfield. Khoury went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Lesman scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3.
