Soccer Recap: Ithaca Takes a Loss

Ithaca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Clare Pioneers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Ithaca of the 5-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2019.

Ithaca's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for Clare, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-10-3.

Looking ahead, Ithaca will be playing in front of their home fans against Nouvel Catholic Central at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clare, they will take on Standish-Sterling at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
