Jacksonville is 0-6 against Beebe since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Badgers at 7:00 p.m. Jacksonville has given up an average of 32.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Jacksonville would be wise to avoid a repeat of their last game when they take on Beebe seeing as the team posted more yard in penalties than they did on offense (with predictable results). The game between the Titans and Maumelle didn't end well, with the Titans falling 49-31. On the bright side, the 31- point performance marked the Titans' highest-scoring matchup to date.
Despite the loss, Jacksonville got top-tier performance from Mason Ball, who rushed for 186 yards and four TDs while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 60 receiving yards. Ball showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.
Meanwhile, Beebe played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Robinson, falling 49-24. The Badgers haven't had much luck with the Senators recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Jacksonville will have to contain Curtis Goodrich as he made an impact in Beebe's last game. He rushed for 127 yards and a pair of scores. Goodrich also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Beebe is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
Beebe didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kameron Johnson and Layne Clark.
Jacksonville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Beebe, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Jacksonville has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 159.8 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Beebe struggles in that department as they've been averaging 170 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Jacksonville couldn't quite finish off Beebe when the teams last played back in October of 2024 and fell 16-14. Will the Titans have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other football content.
