Frisco and Heritage are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but likely not for long. The Raccoons will take on the Coyotes at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Frisco's offense. They fell 2-0 to Centennial on Tuesday. Frisco have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Heritage had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They never let the Redhawks get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Given Heritage's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 83rd, while Liberty are ranked 472nd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Heritage's one-goal win came courtesy of Mia Rogers, which was the first she's scored this season.

Heritage's win bumped their record up to 14-3-2. As for Frisco, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11-2.
