Soccer Recap: Cache Takes a Loss

Cache came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 8-0 to the Elgin Owls. If Cache were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to Elgin when the teams met back in March of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cache's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Elgin, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Cache will venture away from home to challenge Piedmont at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Elgin, they will head out to take on Ardmore at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
